David L. Smith has over 30 years of experience in the surveying field. He became licensed in 1993 by the State of Florida and established David L. Smith Surveying & Mapping, Inc. in 1998. In 1999 we purchased Mandish & Associates, in 2001 acquired Murray & Associates in 2011 acquired Michael Baker & Associates and in 2012 we acquired Goodman & Associates for a combined 100 years of records.
In 2013, we acquired Clark Surveying located in Historic Crystal River. Along with the records of Van Norman & Associates and Richard J. Hickman Land Surveying for a combined 47 years of records in Citrus County.
