By using CP Homecare, you agree to these Terms of Service with Construction Partners of Florida, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
CP Homecare provides home maintenance reminders, document storage, home information tools, and connections to a contractor referral network.
Informational only. Our reminders and guides are general guidance. They are not professional inspection, engineering, or safety advice. We do not guarantee any outcome, and you remain responsible for your home and for deciding when to hire a qualified professional.
You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to maintain one account per person. The homeowner app is intended for users who are 18 or older.
CP Homecare is a paid subscription of $4.99 per month after a 30-day free trial. The subscription is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Contractors in the referral network are independent businesses. They are not our employees or agents. We vet membership in the network, but any work you hire is a direct contract between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible or liable for a contractor's work.
The documents and content you upload remain yours. You grant us only the rights we need to store your content and display it back to you within the app.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, and not to upload content you do not have the rights to.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions? Email support@cpotb.com.
