Accurate Appraisal and Realty Services is a residential real estate appraisal firm based in South Tampa, servicing Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties. The firm is owned by David Varrieur, a Realtor #SL3335499 and Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, #RD4549.

Originally from Cape Cod, MA, David has called Tampa home since 1982. Prior to becoming an Appraiser, he and his brother built Print Shack, Inc: A quick printing and promotional product franchise that grew to 136 stores in 37 states in 7 years. He then founded Accurate Printing, Inc using the same business model and grew the business with Clients that included Jones Intercable, Q105, Mix 96, Power 93.3, Fox 13 and the Tampa Bay Lightning. He was one of the founding printing vendors for the Lightning and created the "Kick Ice" marketing campaign.

In 2001, he changed directions and became an Appraiser. His practice specializes in Buyer, Divorce, Disaster, Estate, FEMA 50% substantial improvement narrative reports, Retrospective and Sale by Owner (FSBO) pre-listing appraisals. David is also well versed in complex and unique properties and has completed multiple, legal cases with estates that have had inventories of over 35 properties.

His background includes working as a Staff Appraiser for World Savings Bank and Wachovia Bank. He also worked for Clayton International, where he completed over $1,700,000,000 in jumbo loan appraisal reviews.

Beyond his professional work, David was President of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors Appraisal Committee and a Seminar Instructor teaching Realtors the concepts of appraisal. He was also a co-founder and leader of the Tampa Bay Sierra Club Stadium Recycling Initiative Program at Raymond James Stadium for 35 years. For fun, David owns the Krewe of Rogues, is an actor, equestrian and scuba diver.
